Effortless style and luxury in the heart of the Cheshire countryside
The Mere Golf Resort & Spa is the premier, luxury, country resort destination in the North West of England.
Wodehouse, winners of a three way pitch were tasked to rebrand this iconic Cheshire venue. The rebranding formed part of a large investment in recent years in a new spa, restaurant areas and swimming pool.
Set alongside The Mere lake, the Mere Resort’s historic main building inspires feelings of classic charm, accompanied by modern, luxury accommodation. IThere are amenities with an 81 bedroom Hotel, Health Club & Spa, extensive conference and event facilities, and a Championship Golf Course.
Using a streamlined contemporary illustration of the iconic gatehouse able to be deployed across any number of assets this was a brand that would serve the client well into the future.
Wodehouse a produced a corporate brand manual, range of brochures, exhibition material and compound signage, commensurate with a £15m redevelopment of The Mere.

A luxurious 'textured' visual effect was applied to the cover designs

Use of beautiful photography stood out with our generous use of white space

Page spreads were modern and 'established' in feel even though the Spa was a new concept

Full page imagery kept the copy area clean

This system had a interchangeable square middle panel that could even have a shelf as a product display area
