Kinderlee Mill is an enchanting converted mill with luxury apartments, penthouses, townhouses, and mews nestled in a wooded area. Experience modern living in a beautiful rural setting.
We provided a suite of brochures, point of sale and hoardings. The designs drew upon Wodehouse’s extensive experience in the construction sector and being able to interpret and scale plans which were redrawn for the literature and point of sale materials.
The mill refurbishment needed a modern yet historical approach due to the state of the existing four-wall carcass. The brochures were contemporary with a nod to the mill's historical importance from the 1800s.
